Overview Of The RoleThe Senior Brand Manager will lead the brand strategy, positioning, and overall brand management, ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact across all touchpoints. This role will work closely with specialized marketing teams and the Insights area, reporting directly to the Head of Brand, Creative & Insights (or equivalent structure). Additionally, the Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for leading Brand Managers and ensuring strategic alignment across brands, business units, and internal stakeholders.What You’ll DoDevelop, implement, and continuously evolve the brand strategy and positioning.Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice across all channels.Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.Lead and orchestrate fully integrated 360° campaigns (digital, offline, social, PR, influencers, brand experience).Coordinate briefings, creative development, and execution with internal teams and external agencies.Partner closely with the Insights team to translate data, research, and analytics into actionable brand strategies.Track and interpret brand performance metrics such as awareness, consideration, preference, and brand equity.Serve as the central integration point between marketing, product, insights, and communication teams.Manage branding budgets, define KPIs, and present performance updates and insights to senior leadership.Lead, mentor, and develop Brand Managers and other team members, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high performance.What You’ll BringStrong strategic thinking with a holistic and systemic view of brand building.Proven experience in brand strategy, positioning, and integrated marketing campaigns.Ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into compelling brand actions.Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.Leadership capabilities with a hands‑on and ownership‑oriented approach.RequirementsA solid background in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.Postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA is a plus.Demonstrated experience leading integrated brand and marketing initiatives.Experience working closely with Insights, Analytics, or Market Research teams.Proven people leadership and stakeholder management experience.Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.It’s ok if you don’t think you tick every box on this list.
