Job Overview
Responsible for defining and executing continuous improvement strategies, as well as designing and monitoring performance indicators for the project management area, ensuring achievement of established goals. Oversees quality control in project management, promoting the adoption of standards and best practices in management and governance to enhance operational efficiency within the Project Management area.
Implements, adapts, and develops methods, processes, tools, templates, and work models that help the project team achieve better results and performance. Develops process improvement projects and new standards, ensuring their communication and documentation, and promotes training actions with the team regarding management methods and best practices.
Works directly with project teams, guiding and monitoring the execution of management rituals and work processes to ensure they are carried out within established quality and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
Mapping and documenting business processes;
Implementing performance indicators for processes and projects;
Monitoring and ensuring achievement of performance goals;
Reporting area performance to senior management;
Analyzing processes and identifying improvement opportunities;
Proposing and implementing process improvements and management best practices;
Prioritizing and managing organizational changes, ensuring effectiveness;
Actively researching management methods aligned with the company’s reality;
Standardizing project management methodologies and tools;
Implementing, adapting, and developing methods, processes, templates, and work models;
Promoting an agile culture within the organization;
Providing operational support and guidance to the project management team;
Conducting audits of the project management team’s work;
Performing tasks related to project governance;
Monitoring project execution in line with established standards.
Basic Requirements
Experience in direct client interaction and team management;
Experience in industry and/or consulting;
Experience in project management (Agile, PMBOK) or career transition to the data area, provided the candidate has taken programming, architecture, etc., courses;
Resilience to face challenges;
Good communication skills;
Proactivity with operational excellence;
Advanced English;
Proven international experience through an academic or professional exchange program.
Differentials
Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields;
Postgraduate/MBA or technical studies in computing;
Additional courses & certifications: Cloud (any), Computing, SQL, Python, Power BI, PSM, Scrum, Six Sigma;
Advanced Spanish;
Fluent English.
