As the Designer, you will work closely with the marketing, branding, and sale teams to ensure brand consistency and create compelling visual assets that support product promotion and enhance brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:Advertising and Promotional Materials Design:Design and create a wide range of promotional materials, including but not limited to online ads (e.g., social media ads, web banners, Google Ads), offline promotional items (e.g., posters, banners, flyers), and multimedia presentations (e.g., videos, GIFs).Ensure that all promotional materials align with the brand's visual identity and effectively convey product information and brand values.Digital Marketing Assets Design:Create and localize visually engaging assets for digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), including posts, ads, cover images, and more.Design visual content for email marketing campaigns, display ads, and in-app promotions to ensure cohesive branding across all digital marketing efforts.Event and Exhibition Design:Design visuals for offline events, exhibitions, and product launch events, including booth designs, posters, brochures, and signage, ensuring impactful brand presence.Create visual concepts tailored to specific event themes while maintaining brand consistency and attractiveness.Brand Consistency and Optimization:Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent visual style across all channels.Continuously improve existing designs to enhance ad performance and provide an engaging visual experience for customers.Cross-Team Collaboration:Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand business needs and provide design support for marketing campaigns.Communicate with external ad agencies and printing vendors to ensure high-quality outputs and optimal printing results for promotional materials.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or related fields.3+ years of experience in design, preferably in consumer electronics (mobile phone industry experience is a plus).Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), with video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects) being a plus.Familiarity with the design requirements of digital and social media advertising, with a portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns preferredStrong creative abilities, capable of producing high-impact promotional designs based on brand positioning and market needs.Excellent time management skills, able to handle multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to understand marketing needs and translate them into effective design solutions
