About this Role
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve qualified lead generation goals. This includes creating and executing email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in CRM platforms to nurture leads and ensure accurate data integration.
* Digital Campaign Management: Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels to achieve qualified lead generation goals.
* Marketing Automation Execution: Implement email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in ActiveCampaign to nurture leads and ensure accurate CRM data integration.
* Creative Asset Production: Design and produce brand-aligned marketing materials to elevate brand perception and drive audience engagement.
* Website & SEO Management: Create website content such as landing pages and product listings while supporting keyword research and SEO enhancements to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
This role requires deep expertise in paid advertising, conversion-focused landing pages, performance analytics, SEO, and CRM-integrated campaigns. You will also be responsible for monitoring daily campaign performance, making adjustments based on key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with the Content Manager and Business Development Manager on coordinated campaigns.
Accountabilities
Your success will be measured by achieving 100% of weekly qualified lead generation goals, maintaining or reducing cost-per-lead benchmarks, reaching defined weekly engagement growth targets, completing all marketing deliverables, and submitting campaign reports and insights by assigned deadlines.

* SUPPORTING SPECIAL PROJECTS SUCH AS TRADE SHOWS AND PARTNERSHIP PROMOTIONS.
* Staying up to date with luxury travel trends, platform changes, and digital marketing best practices.
* Operating independently in a remote environment while communicating regularly with the marketing team.
* Assisting with cross-functional collaboration to align digital efforts with broader business goals.
* Being adaptable and open to taking on new assignments as business needs evolve.
