* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, coordinate, and deliver Electrical BIM models
* Manage and guide the Electrical BIM team by providing technical support and quality checks to ensure accurate and efficient model development
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
* Conduct regular audits and data checks to maintain model integrity
* Prepare and deliver BIM-related documentation for stakeholders
* Support integration of BIM with other digital tools
* Train and upskill team members to improve their skills
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of electrical systems and experience in developing BIM models. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for managing a team effectively. Proficiency in software tools such as Autodesk Revit is also necessary.
