Amazon Catalog Analyst - This is not a strategic or leadership roleit''s a fully operational position where youll be deep in the backend and frontend of Amazon listings, ensuring catalog health, optimizing performance, and supporting sales growth in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Youll be responsible for end-to-end listing management, catalog oversight, and data analysis, using tools like Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova. The ideal candidate has worked in a company that sells exclusively on Amazon, or where Amazon was the main sales channel. Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Listings Management: Create, edit, and maintain listings with full backend and frontend control:Backend: browse nodes, categories, product types, search terms, Buy Box optimization, listing suppression fixes. Frontend: titles, bullet points, descriptions, A Content, and images. Catalog Health & MaintenanceMonitor listing quality, keyword indexing, suppressed/stranded ASINs, and apply improvements regularly (at least every 30 days). Inventory CoordinationCollaborate with inventory teams to avoid stockouts/overstocks, manage restock limits, and reconcile discrepancies in Amazon''s inventory reports. Tools & AnalysisUse Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova to track performance, pricing, sales trends, and profitability. Competitor BenchmarkingMonitor competing listings and adjust positioning (title, keywords, images, pricing) accordingly. ReportingPrepare and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and follow-ups. RequirementsAt least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central. Proven track record with listing creation and optimization, both backend and frontend. Experience managing large catalogs (500 SKUs). Familiarity with Amazon Terms of Service, policies, and listing compliance. Strong knowledge of Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova. Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Nice to HaveExperience in companies where Amazon is the exclusive or primary sales channel. Basic HTML/CSS for listing customizations. Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Walmart, etc. ). Experience with Amazon PPC (not mandatory but a plus).
