About this Role
We're seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to help us connect doctors with underserved communities.
This is an opportunity to leverage your marketing expertise to drive meaningful change and make a real difference in people's lives.
You'll work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to design and implement strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to regions where they're needed most.
Once doctors are placed, you'll lead efforts to build their visibility and trust in the community through localized marketing.
Your responsibilities will include designing and executing localized marketing strategies, collaborating with recruitment and client teams, running digital paid campaigns, managing content creation, establishing marketing processes, measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and executing localized marketing strategies that attract doctors to work in underserved communities
* Collaborating with recruitment and client teams to understand doctor profiles, community needs, and positioning strategies
* Running digital paid campaigns to build awareness and trust
* Managing content creation with a strong focus on human-centered storytelling
* Establishing marketing processes and systems that can be replicated across multiple regions and healthcare organizations
* Measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data: patient sign-ups, website visits, cost per acquisition, and more
Must-Haves:
* 5+ years of experience in marketing
* Good level of English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* You have an entrepreneurial mindset
* A passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* You can be both hands-on/technical as well as manager
* You are flexible with working hours
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, WordPress/HTML, and analytics platforms
