Job Description:
The Sales Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic plans to expand key accounts across LATAM.
Key responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities, presenting nutraceutical ingredients to customers and clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards to ensure compliance and drive business success.
