About the Role We are seeking a creative andexperienced Studio Interior Designer to join a dynamic design teamin São Paulo. In this role, you will lead interior designassignments from concept through to final execution, producingthoughtful, functional and visually compelling spaces. Youll workclosely with clients and internal teams to develop design briefs,create mood boards and detailed visualisations, specify materialsand finishes, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers tobring concepts to life with exceptional attention to detail. KeyResponsibilities Lead design development from initial concept tocompleted interior solutions, ensuring alignment with clientobjectives and design intent. Produce high-quality 3D models,renderings and technical drawings that communicate design visionand details clearly. Prepare design specifications, materialschedules, and documentation required for implementation andprocurement. Present design proposals to clients and incorporatefeedback into project refinements. Coordinate with architects,project managers, suppliers and contractors to ensure seamlessexecution of design plans. Support procurement and installationprocesses to uphold quality, timelines and client expectations.What You Bring Proven experience in interior design — includingstudio, residential and commercial projects. Proficiency withdesign and visualization software (e.G., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp,3D rendering tools). Strong aesthetic judgement, understanding ofspatial planning, materials, lighting and finishes. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with an ability to translateideas into persuasive visual formats. Collaborative mindset andwillingness to coordinate with diverse stakeholders throughout theproject lifecycle.
