Job Description
As a Business Technical Service Analyst, you will play a key role in establishing positive relationships with clients to develop and maintain long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
* Understanding the client's business objectives and expectations
* Assisting in evaluating client requirements and guiding them on utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue
* Participating in converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications and presenting them internally and externally
* Gaining knowledge of identifying critical business impact issues from the Service Desk
* Assisting with documentation and maintenance of client system environments
* Participating in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet their business needs
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing
