We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Cutover Manager to lead our SAP S/4HANA implementation project. This individual will be responsible for co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project execution.
As a Technical Cutover Manager, you will:
* Co-lead SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team's efforts in successfully deploying a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to K-C business segments in Asia.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project life cycle, including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through various channels.
Requirements include 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role. Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points is required. Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential. Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies are preferred.
