Job Overview
* We are seeking a skilled systems engineer to design, implement and support complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and install systems technologies, including servers, storage and Active Directory.
2. Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
4. Manage client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
5. Track time against project agreements for service efficiency and profitability.
6. Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Requirements
* 3-4 years of Systems Engineering experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency in MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles and client service best practices.
