We're not looking for someone to "help with sales." We're looking for the person who will
own
international revenue from day one.
The Opportunity
This is a full-time remote position for a Video Hosting Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting and promoting video hosting solutions, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities will also include negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and staying updated on industry trends to better address client needs.
This isn't a typical sales rep seat. You'll be the first dedicated international hire — the person responsible for building and closing Panda Video's pipeline across the US, Europe, and Latin America.
You'll be selling against Vimeo to companies paying thousands per month for inferior security. You'll be running full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract, handling complex B2B migrations with both teams (clients with thousands of videos), and building a repeatable sales engine in new markets. No one is going to hand you a playbook — you'll write it.
What this looks like day-to-day:
Identify and pursue high-value accounts: online course platforms, digital education companies, and enterprises with internal training video needs
Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close
Run strategic LinkedIn outreach targeting decision makers who care about video security (not YouTube creators — think course sellers, LMS platforms, corporate L&D)
Lead complex migration conversations and build confidence with prospects moving thousands of videos off a competitor
Hit aggressive quarterly ARR targets and scale revenue in new markets
Feed market intelligence back to leadership — you'll be our eyes and ears outside Brazil
Build the foundation for what becomes Panda Video's international sales operation
Who You Are
You're a closer.
Not an SDR looking to move up. You've carried a quota, you've run full-cycle deals, and you have the receipts to prove it.
You know the creator economy.
You understand the difference between a YouTuber and someone selling a $2,000 course behind a paywall. You know who the decision makers are and how to reach them.
You've sold SaaS B2B.
Ideally in video, EdTech, content platforms, or adjacent verticals. 3+ years minimum.
You're a self-starter.
This is a remote role with a Brazilian HQ. You won't have a sales manager breathing down your neck — you'll have revenue targets and the autonomy to hit them however you see fit.
You can compete.
You're going head-to-head with Vimeo, Wistia, Brightcove and others. You need to know how to position a challenger brand and make enterprise buyers comfortable switching.
You're sharp on LinkedIn.
Prospecting, social selling, building pipeline — LinkedIn is your primary hunting ground.
CRM-native.
You live in the pipeline and in Slack.
What Makes You Stand Out
You've worked at Vimeo, Wistia, Brightcove, Sproutvideo, or a similar platform — and you know exactly why their customers are frustrated
Portuguese or Spanish fluency (our HQ and leadership team are in Brazil)
Existing network in the online education, course creator, or digital product space
Experience selling platform migrations — you've moved clients off a competitor before and know how to de-risk the conversation
Understanding of video hosting, CDN, DRM, HLS encryption, or content security (not necessary but we will help you to understand all of it)
Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
Familiarity with video hosting platforms and digital media solutions
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines consistently
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address client requirements
Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in sales roles, particularly in technology or SaaS industries, is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred
