Job Description
The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to employees across all departments. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for both onsite and remote users.
Serving as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, the IT Support Specialist will provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Additionally, they will manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms.
The IT Support Specialist will also assist in the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management solutions. They will monitor and maintain endpoint security, conduct regular software updates, and participate in cybersecurity initiatives.
