Job Title: Lead Product Designer
As a key figure in our design team, you will spearhead end-to-end product design processes. Your expertise will encompass discovery and research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions. With a focus on usability, scalability, and performance, you will design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading end-to-end product design processes from start to finish
* Collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams
* Designing interfaces that meet the needs of B2B software users
Key Requirements
* Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written)
* A strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle
* Solid understanding of user flows, interaction design, information architecture, and visual hierarchy for B2B software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer
* Direct experience designing for cybersecurity platforms
* Background in designing data-heavy interfaces
