Agile Coach Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Agile Coach to join our Product & Engineering environment and support the continuous improvement of Agile practices.
About the Role
This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
Key Responsibilities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Additional Requirements
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Comfortable collaborating with teams across North America, Europe, and Asia
