We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team onsite at Porto de Suape. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and supporting roles related to logistics, supply chain, or port operations.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both hiring managers and applicants.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, with a focus on logistics and port-related positions.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and desired profiles.
* Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.).
* Conduct interviews and coordinate technical and managerial assessments.
* Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
* Support onboarding processes as needed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
* Prior exposure to logistics, industrial, or port-related roles is an advantage.
* Intermediate English – able to communicate effectively with international teams.
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
