Sales Manager Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales performance.
* Market Development:
o You will be responsible for identifying new market trends and opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
* Customer Development and Maintenance:

* Sales Management:
o You will be responsible for managing sales teams, setting sales targets, and monitoring progress against those targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of sales experience in the food ingredients or food additives industry is preferred. Working experience in hydrocolloid industry is an advantage.
* Familiarity with the application technology of hydrocolloid, including carrageenan, agar, konjac gum, and blended solutions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in office software and ability to develop projects with customers.
* Strong commercial negotiation ability.
