We seek skilled professionals to join our team of freelance technical interviewers. As an interviewer, you will assess candidates' problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and overall fit for various technology roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct structured technical interviews online across multiple technology domains.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide fair, unbiased, and detailed assessments of candidate performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
* Collaborate with our team to continuously improve interview frameworks.

* Python Developers (Django, FastAPI, Flask, Data Engineering, APIs)
* .NET Developers (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Azure)
* C++ Developers (STL, Multithreading, Systems Programming)
* JavaScript / Frontend Developers (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript)
* Full-Stack Developers (MERN, MEAN, or similar)
Additional Roles:
* Machine Learning / AI Engineers (NLP, CV, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

Basic Qualifications:

* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
* Ability to conduct structured and unbiased evaluations.
* Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled interviews.
