Job Title: Overseas Sales Engineer (AGV/AMR - Latin America Region)
Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy Execution: Responsible for formulating and executing medium-to-long-term AGV/AMR sales strategies and business development plans for the Latin American region (with a focus on key countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile), driving sustainable growth of the company's mobile robotics products and solutions in the local market.
Opportunity Exploration & Value Communication: Deeply develop client resources in Latin America, focusing on identifying AGV/AMR business opportunities in sectors such as warehouse logistics, intelligent manufacturing, and retail/consumer goods. Accurately communicate Hikrobot's core technology value and application advantages in the mobile robotics field through localized communication.
Customer Relationship Building & Maintenance: For key clients in the region, including system integrators, logistics automation enterprises, and large warehousing and manufacturing companies, develop and execute business development plans. Establish and deepen long-term, mutually beneficial strategic partnerships through regular visits, technical exchanges, and product training.
End-to-End Project Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, efficiently coordinating internal resources across R&D, delivery, and after-sales departments. Resolve commercial, technical, and delivery issues throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
Sales Operations & Data Analysis: Proficiently use CRM and other sales tools for business process management and sales data tracking analysis. Regularly review sales activities, continuously optimize sales strategies, and ensure the efficient achievement of performance targets.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Preference for majors in Automation, Mechatronics, Logistics Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, International Trade, Spanish, Portuguese, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome).
Work Experience: 1-3 years of experience in overseas sales or market development. Experience in industrial automation, intelligent manufacturing, warehouse logistics equipment, AGV/AMR, or robotics system integration is preferred. Young, high-potential talent is welcomed;
experience in the LatinAmerican market is a strong plus.
Business Skills: Familiar with the sales process for automation projects, with proven successful cases or internship experience in collaborating with integrators or end clients (e.G., e-commerce, retail, automotive, 3C manufacturing). Possess strong market development skills, business negotiation abilities, and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.
Core Competencies: Customer-centric, results-oriented, with strong self-motivation and a sense of responsibility. Capable of adapting to frequent overseas business trips (Latin America region) and working effectively in a multicultural environment.
Language Skills
Required: Fluency in business Spanish or Portuguese (able to use as a working language for business negotiations and technical exchanges).
Preferred: Proficiency in both Spanish and Portuguese is a plus;
proficiency in English as a working language is also a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in implementing automation equipment or AGV/AMR projects in the Latin American region (especially in Brazil or Mexico) within industries such as warehousing logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
Foundational knowledge of robotics or automation, with the ability to quickly understand key technical highlights of product solutions.
Established network of automation industry clients or partners in the Latin American region.
Experience studying abroad, on exchange, or working in a Latin American country, with familiarity of local business culture and communication styles.
