About the Role
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams.
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.
* Coach the team on Agile principles and practices.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog.
* Track team performance metrics.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
* Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.
* Integrate compliance requirements into the agile development process.
* Align Scrum practices with the organization's digital marketing strategy and goals.
* Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
* Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies.
* Evaluate the team's work against business objectives.
* Develop training and mentoring programs for team members and other Scrum Masters.
* Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team.
* Drive Change Management by coaching the team and supporting them on the Transformation journey.
* Oversee the integration and use of Azure Dev Ops tools within project teams.
* Drive the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team.
