Your main activities: We are looking for a skilled and professional PingFederate, PingDirectory and PingID Specialist to complete our international working IAM Team to support and develop our access management (AM) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Ping Identity solutions and a proven track record of integrating applications into a Ping Identity environment. This role will involve technical planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth operation and development for the upcoming IAM demands in our environment. Responsibilities: Provide operational support for PingFederate, PingDirectory, and PingID systems. Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to authentication, directory services, and identity management. Implement and maintain security policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize identity solutions. Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures. Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders. Requirements: Professional working proficiency in English Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with PingFederate, PingDirectory and PingID. Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning. Knowledge of security, network, AuthN and AuthZ protocols and their best practices. Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc. Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in PingFederate, PingDirectory, or PingID. Experience with other IAM and IDM solutions and technologies.
