Job Description
We are seeking a Business Technical Service Analyst to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their business objectives and expectations, and provide support and guidance on all aspects of services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles, PL/SQL development, and requirements gathering. They will also be able to participate in the evaluation process of client business requirements, effort estimation, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
The selected candidate will gain knowledge of how to identify critical business impact issues from Service Desk, assist with documentation and maintenance of client system environments, and participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Relevant Experience or Degree in: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development;
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs;
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation;
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
