Themain responsibilities are: Work within a region of a company'soperation to evaluate opportunities for expansion Represent thecompany in negotiations and contract finalization with businesspartners Report the results of analyses, predictions for futurebusiness, and recommended action to upper management Assesspotential business partnerships to determine which options are ofthe most benefit to the company Analyze data on past and presentsales to make predictions about the best options for future growthBuild key customer relationships, identify business opportunities,negotiate and close business deals Lead team in designing andimplementing strategic plans to reach sales targets Help team tohit and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory andaccounts Experience Demonstrable sales and business developmentexperience Experience in demonstrating products to potentialclients, including C-Suite representatives Ability to workeffectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders at alllevels of the organization Requirements At least 7 years ofexperience in sales Experience in selling in LATAM marketExperience in seeking out partnerships/resellers Experience inleading a small sales team At least 5 years of B2Bsoftware/technology sales experience to corporate executives Hasworked for a board management solution is a plus Experience inselling to international markets is preferred Must be fluent inEnglish Must know Portuguese and Spanish
