The company simplifies delivery management by connecting businesses with local contractor drivers and optimizing in-house delivery operations.
* Own the Kanban board: organize tasks, ensure priorities are clear and understand what is stopping us from maintaining our task flow to hit our deployment goals.
* Communicate risks, issues, blockers, and quality concerns to the Product Manager and relevant team members.
Task Definition & Refinement: Review and write descriptions for tasks about new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
* Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate strategy into actionable tasks.
* Validate Outcomes, Not Just Output: After new features or fixes go live, verify whether they truly solved the original problem and improved the targeted user or business metrics.
A successful candidate should have strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis to define and evaluate product requirements effectively. Additionally, excellent Communication skills are required for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with Software Development processes and tools is also necessary to coordinate effectively with technical teams. Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential qualities of a Product Owner. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in SQL, Git, reading Python code, and data analysis are valuable assets but not mandatory.
