About the role
We are looking for a Spending & Activation Specialist, a critical growth‑focused role responsible for maximizing customer value across Jeeves’ entire user base. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, driving tangible results by increasing the adoption and usage of Jeeves’ financial products. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is part of a global marketing team. It involves an 80% global focus on strategic growth initiatives and a 20% local focus on optimizing and executing tailored programs for the Colombian market.
Global Responsibilities (80%)
Analyze Pareto of customers, industries, products and regions.
Design and execute activation, upsell, cross‑sell and re‑engagement campaigns.
Partner with Product, CS and Data to identify expansion opportunities.
Build lifecycle marketing programs, usage nudges and behavioral triggers.
Drive increased usage of cards, stablecoin and payment products.
Optimize spend volume, ARPU and product adoption by cohort.
Local Responsibilities (20%)
Coordinate local customer activations, workshops and events.
Develop deep understanding of local customer behavior and opportunities.
Support country‑specific campaigns and materials.

Ideal Profile
5+ years of experience in FMCGs, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Customer Success.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
Proficiency in SQL or a similar data querying language, experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
Previous experience in FinTech, B2B SaaS, or high‑growth startup environments.
Strong mix of growth, data and user psychology; thinks in habits and behaviors, not just campaigns.
Obsessed with extracting more value from the existing customer base.
Fluent in English – the language we use internally to communicate between regions.
Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment.
Collaborative and team‑oriented.
