        Corporate Development Role
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Development professional to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and mergers & acquisitions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with software company decision-makers, M&A advisors, and private equity/venture capital professionals.
About the Position:
You will utilize your expertise in market mapping, CRM management, and deal qualification to identify and pursue high-potential M&A opportunities. Your strong analytical and communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and manage an M&A pipeline through Salesforce CRM
 * Create market maps to build strong relationships in assigned software industry verticals
 * Meet and exceed monthly M&A targets
 * Work autonomously and collaboratively with M&A leadership to qualify M&A opportunities
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales or client-facing M&A/finance roles within business development, sales, and/or account management. You should possess advanced verbal and written communication skills, with confidence and executive presence to engage with CEOs, M&A advisors, and other stakeholders.
Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
