Build the largest and most trusted global community in email deliverability.

What You Will Build
* A thriving private community (Slack / Circle / platform of your choice)
* Programs that turn users into loyal advocates
* Relationships with agencies, ESPs, and industry experts
* Events, webinars, office hours, and meetups
* Educational initiatives and certifications
* Feedback loops between customers and product
* Ambassador and partner programs
* A sense of belonging around the Warmy brand
You will own the community vision from zero to global scale.
What You Will Do
* Define and execute Warmy’s community strategy
* Recruit and onboard high-value members
* Create engagement systems and rituals
* Launch and run events (virtual and in-person)
* Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams
* Identify industry influencers and partnerships
* Turn community insights into growth opportunities
* Measure engagement, retention, and advocacy metrics
* Be the public face of the community when needed\
Who You Are
* 4+ years building or managing communities (SaaS, tech, or professional communities preferred)
* Naturally social and relationship-driven
* Comfortable speaking publicly and hosting events
* Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
* High ownership mentality
* Entrepreneurial mindset — you create opportunities
* You enjoy helping people succeed
* You move fast and learn fast
