Project Delivery Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to own the execution of complex initiatives across cross-functional teams in an agile environment. This role will sit at the center of business, product, and engineering priorities, driving clarity and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver end-to-end project success by planning, executing, and completing initiatives on time and within budget.
2. Build and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination.
3. Partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking (Jira).
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve.
6. Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed.
7. Support prioritization decisions by providing project insights, trade-offs, and impact analysis.
8. Continuously improve project delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to increase efficiency and predictability.
9. Track and report on project progress using appropriate metrics and tools.
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience leading project delivery for complex projects or initiatives.
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar).
* Hands-on experience using Jira for project management and delivery tracking.
* Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity.
* Experience supporting prioritization, change management, and project trade-offs.
* Basic SQL skills and familiarity with finance or accounting concepts are a plus.
