**Quality Assurance Specialist Role Summary:** This administrative position focuses on document review and proofreading to ensure quality standards are met.
In this role, you will provide quality assessments of language translation projects.
* This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours during the training period.
* Once trained, working hours change to Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 6:00PM Brazil time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete quality review of translations
* Collaborate with Project Management Team to clarify project parameters
* Communicate effectively with vendors worldwide to reconcile found errors
* Implement process improvements using available technology solutions
