You Are:

A Transformational Change Manager playing a critical role in driving strategic change initiatives across our global organization. This position requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in change management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring alignment between transformation efforts and our organizational goals.

The Work:



1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the enterprise transformation strategy. Identify key priorities and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
2. Change Management: Implement and manage change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions. Develop communication plans, training programs, and resources to support stakeholders through transformation initiatives.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather insights, address concerns, and promote buy-in for transformation efforts. Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.
4. Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives. Analyze data and feedback to assess effectiveness and make informed adjustments.
5. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific transformation projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
6. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Encourage feedback and best practice sharing across the organization.
7. Training and Development: Support the development of training materials and resources to build change management capabilities across the organization. Mentor and guide team members in transformation methodologies.


Here’s what you’ll need:


8. Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, transformation leadership, or organizational development within a large global organization.
9. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
10. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
12. Proven experience in leading change initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
13. Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s Model).
14. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
15. Relevant certifications in change management, project management (e.g., PMP), or organizational development are advantageous.
