Job Description
We are seeking a strategic talent acquisition specialist to contribute to our live casino business unit's overall recruitment strategy. This individual will partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define and execute talent strategies aligned with the business objectives of the Live Casino Business Unit.
The successful candidate will lead complex and strategic hiring projects, ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience. They will drive innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging data, market intelligence, and emerging tools to identify and attract top talent.
* Good recruiting background gained as an external or internal recruiter.
* Experience in mass recruitment or a fast-paced environment.
* Established path of success in candidate generation & strong candidate assessment skills.
* Experience with internet research – prior use of LinkedIn Recruiter.
* At least professional level of English is a must.
* Previous experience with ATS – Jobvite is a plus.
* Previous experience in a Product organization will be a plus.
