We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our team in the successful cutover of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud. As an SAP Technical Cutover Manager, you will be responsible for guiding end-to-end technical activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition.

* Key Responsibilities:
">
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with project managers and functional leads to guide the project team's efforts in successfully going live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud in MS Azure to business segments in Asia.
">
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the life of the project, including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements in Asia.
">
* Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
">
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.

* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
">
Desirable Skills:
">
A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW, and more) and their integration points is required.
">
Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects is necessary for this Technical Cutover Manager to manage all technical activities of other technical cutover resources.
