Account Management Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our platform.
Your primary objective in this role will be to assist in revenue-generating opportunities and provide outstanding support to ensure our partners' confidence in our platform. You will be the main point of contact for multiple assigned accounts and will oversee the continued development of business from onboarding throughout the lifetime of the account.
To excel in this position, you will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. You must also be proactive and reactive in addressing client concerns and issues.
The ideal candidate will have direct response marketing knowledge, strategy implementation and negotiation skills, and be fluent in English. Speaking Spanish is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster continued business with accounts by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value
* Communicate quickly and clearly to accounts in chats or through video calls to ensure their issues are being addressed
* Work independently toward account satisfaction as well as through collaboration with team members across various departments when necessary
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be expected to continuously educate yourself on industry knowledge and platform features. This includes staying up-to-date on new and existing platform features, as well as any emerging trends in direct response marketing.
