This position is a Grade: 11 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $82,670 - $100,570 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive leadership and strategic direction for all aspects of the women's lacrosse program
* Teach, mentor, and develop student-athletes to achieve excellence on the field and in academics
* Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier scholar-athletes who align with Lehigh's values
* Oversee program administration, budget management, and advancement initiatives
* Collaborate with coaching staff and provide instruction to enhance team performance
* Ensure compliance with University, Athletics Department, Patriot League, and NCAA policies
* Develop and implement training programs that optimize student-athlete potential
* Foster academic support systems that promote graduation and career success
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
* Eight or more years of related work experience
* Experience as a student-athlete
* NCAA Certification required
* CPR/First Aid required
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Proven track record in recruiting and student-athlete development
* Experience with program administration and budget management
