Dev Ops & Platform Engineers
We're hiring Dev Ops/Platform Engineers with strong SRE skills to work on high-scale Saa S platforms. Our stack is heavy on EKS, Mongo DB/Atlas, and you'll be tackling database contention, scaling challenges, and complex deployments every day.
This role is for problem solvers who thrive on multitasking, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating in both Portuguese and English across a global team.
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience with EKS / Kubernetes in production
Deep hands-on knowledge of Mongo DB & Atlas (scaling, performance tuning, troubleshooting)
Proficiency in Python and/or Go
Fluent in Portuguese + English
Solid Dev Ops/SRE principles & real-world troubleshooting ability Nice-to-Have Skills
MERN stack exposure (Mongo, Express, React, Node)
Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform
Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
Experience debugging database contention/concurrency at scale What You'll Do

Debug and resolve production issues quickly and systematically
