About The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will make an impact by supporting the successful delivery of Corporate IT initiatives through strong coordination, planning, and governance practices. You will be a valued member of the Corporate IT delivery team, working collaboratively with Project Managers, technology teams, business stakeholders, and third-party partners to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with governance standards.
In This Role, You Will
Support Project Managers with the planning, execution, and monitoring of Corporate IT projects.
Take ownership of assigned project tasks and deliverables, ensuring timelines and commitments are met.
Maintain and update project documentation including plans, schedules, status reports, and risk logs.
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating potential impacts proactively.
Coordinate project meetings, including agendas, materials, meeting minutes, and follow-up actions.
Act as a point of contact for day-to-day coordination with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support clear and effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
Work model
Hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Córdoba, and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday) from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
What You Need To Have To Be Considered
Experience supporting or coordinating projects within a Corporate IT or technology environment.
Strong skills in project coordination, including task management and deadline tracking.
Experience maintaining project plans, schedules, reports, and risk tracking documentation.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment with strong attention to detail.
Clear and confident communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced English proficiency
Fluent Spanish proficiency
These will help you stand out
Working knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile).
Experience using project management and reporting tools.
Formal training or certification in project management or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
