Role: Principal Business Performance Analyst

Job Description: We are seeking a Principal Business Performance Analyst to drive personalization and affiliate marketing analytics within our Marketing Technology team. This role focuses on turning complex data into actionable insights that improve user experience, conversions, and recurring revenue.
Responsibilities
Analyze the impact of personalization initiatives on key user and business metrics
Deliver actionable insights from affiliate performance data to drive conversion and revenue growth
Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize affiliate offers, landing pages, and user journeys
Develop customer segmentation and attribution models to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Data Studio, or similar tools
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to improve funnel performance and affiliate strategy
Requirements
6+ years of experience in data analytics
Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced analytics using Python or R
Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and experimentation
Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing analytics
Expertise with data platforms such as BigQuery, AWS Athena, or AWS Glue
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
