This project aims to enhance the quality, accuracy, and completeness of the Skills Boost Help Center documentation. The primary goals are to improve user experience, reduce support inquiries, and ensure all content aligns with the upcoming rebranding initiative.
Scope of Work:
Content Review and Revision:
* Thoroughly review all existing Help Center articles on the Skills Boost platform.
* Revise articles for clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.
Information Audit & Correction:
* Identify and rectify any broken links or outdated information within the existing documentation.
* Ensure all technical information and procedures are current.
New Content Creation:
* Identify gaps in the current Help Center content based on user feedback, support ticket analysis, or product updates.
* Develop and publish new articles to address these identified content gaps.
Rebranding Alignment:
* Ensure all existing and new Help Center content is consistent with the upcoming rebranding guidelines (e.g., tone of voice, terminology, visual style if applicable).
Required Skills:
* Proficient in documentation writing and technical writing best practices.
* Strong attention to detail and an ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
* Familiarity with the Skills Boost platform is a plus.
* Languages: Advanced English and Portuguese.
Deliverable Skills:
● A comprehensive set of revised Help Center articles.
● Newly created Help Center articles addressing identified content gaps.
● All Help Center content aligned with the new rebranding guidelines.
