We are looking for a strategic Account Director who will be responsible for leading and developing our team, maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, understanding client needs and objectives, coordinating with internal teams to meet expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the account team to ensure high performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives, ensuring long-term growth and strengthening overall partnerships.
Lead relationship management with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and performance goals.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive strategic recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, or Business Development
Proven experience in team leadership or management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand and analyze data-driven insights for client recommendations
Experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing industry
Experience in Retail Media is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Fluency in English or Spanish
