We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to ensure the smooth functionality and efficiency of day-to-day IT operations.
The ideal candidate will provide technical support, manage installations, and maintain software systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Maintain the day-to-day functionality and efficiency of IT systems.
* Generate and provide reports for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices.
* Coordinate the installation and maintenance of complex software systems.
* Identify, manage, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
* Respond effectively to customer requests and communicate solutions clearly.
* Update user information in organizational systems.
* Manage and update access for IT applications for new and existing employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bilingual: Portuguese (fluent) and English (advanced).
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of desktop systems, peripherals, and telecommunication devices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with organizational systems and access management.
