Digital Marketing Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role demands expertise in paid advertising, conversion-focused landing pages, performance analytics, SEO, and CRM-integrated campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation through the strategic execution of all digital marketing efforts. They will manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms based on KPIs, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and optimize full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels to achieve qualified lead generation goals.
* Implement email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in ActiveCampaign to nurture leads and ensure accurate CRM data integration.
* Create brand-aligned marketing materials (e.g., brochures, digital ads, product images, videos, presentation decks) to elevate brand perception and drive audience engagement.
* Manage website content, including landing pages and product listings, while supporting keyword research and SEO enhancements across the company website and partner platforms.
* Create, schedule, and publish content on social media, engage with audiences, and produce short-form video content to support organic growth and increase follower engagement.
* Analyze performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM dashboards to build weekly reports and inform campaign strategy.
Success Metrics:
* Achieve 100% of weekly qualified lead generation goals.
* Maintain or reduce cost-per-lead benchmarks across paid channels.
* Reach defined weekly engagement growth targets across social media.
* Complete all marketing deliverables and campaign assets on time.
* Submit campaign reports and insights by assigned deadlines.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a mix of creative and performance-based work and a proven track record of generating qualified leads.
* Demonstrated success managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
* Proficiency in WordPress and landing page builders.
* Solid understanding of SEO tools, SEO best practices, and analytics and tracking tools.
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing, and marketing automation.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Highly organized, with strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
