Key Hotel Account Manager Role

Main Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients to drive business growth.
* Optimize inventory management, rate competitiveness, and sales strategies to maximize conversion and revenue.
* Negotiate contracts with hotels to ensure optimal terms and conditions.
* Analyze demand data and booking patterns to inform product offerings and marketing strategies.
* Provide expert advice on online marketing and direct sales initiatives.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop solutions in collaboration with the department head and Business Acceleration team.
Requirements and Qualifications
* A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
* Education in tourism or a related field.
* Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Advanced level of English language proficiency.
