We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
The ideal candidate will provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms, and support the deployment of new productivity tools.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining endpoint security, cloud infrastructure management, data backup, disaster recovery planning, and conducting regular software updates and security patching.
A strong background in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role is required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
Responsibilities:
