What You'll Do
* Architect and develop services and APIs for the Degreed product, coding, testing and debugging complex application components.
* Make architectural decisions that support the long‑term growth of the business.
* Collaborate with product owners to ensure features meet business requirements and the Degreed strategy.
* Work closely with designers, UX and other developers to understand new features, dependencies and technical details.
* Implement acceptance tests to guarantee the product meets customer requirements and expectations.
* Maintain high performance and scalability of all developed systems.
* Manage your time effectively, balancing coding tasks with supporting junior team members.
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years of professional development experience, with a proven track record in web projects.
* Hands‑on experience with C#, .NET Core, SQL Server and Angular (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and cross‑browser compatible code.
* Experience with MVC architecture and object‑oriented programming.
* Advanced written and spoken English.
* Desire to learn and innovate in a fast‑paced environment.
