* You are a seasoned account professional with 34 years of experience in hands-on data analysis, customer behavior understanding, and suggestion of appropriate actions
* You are a self-starter with strong time management skills and proficient in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and remote work software
* You are improvement-minded and always looking for ways to do things better
* You have a team-player mindset and know when to support and when to lead
