We are hiring an Amazon Graphic Designer to own the strategic development and execution of premium marketplace creatives.This is not a task-based production role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, identify what needs to improve visually without being told, build creative briefs from product and customer analysis, and bring ideas from concept through implementation.The right person understands that great Amazon creative is not just about making listings look better. It is about increasing click-through rate, improving conversion rate, answering buyer decision questions visually, and creating a premium brand experience that feels custom, polished, and mobile-first.What You’ll OwnYou will lead design for:CTR-optimized main imagesAmazon infographicsA+ ContentAmazon Brand StoresAmazon ad creativesWhat You’ll Be Responsible ForDevelop high-converting Amazon creative that is visually premium, detail-oriented, mobile-optimized, and aligned to each brand’s positioningTranslate product analysis, competitor analysis, review mining, and buyer research into strong visual conceptsBuild creative briefs independently based on our internal product analysis processCreate designs that clearly answer buyer decision questions using strong hierarchy, thoughtful white space, and strategic visual storytellingUse design flow intentionally in A+ Content and Brand Stores to guide the shopper’s eye and improve engagementIdentify visual weaknesses and missed opportunities in product listings without needing step-by-step directionRecommend what should be improved across images, modules, storefronts, and ad creatives based on conversion principlesBring ideas from ideation to execution, including concepting, layout, design, revision, and final production-ready filesLeverage AI tools to augment product photography, generate lifestyle imagery, and accelerate creative workflows while maintaining a premium, realistic outputEnsure all work is marketplace-compliant, polished, and built for conversionSelf-audit all work for alignment, consistency, accuracy, realism, proportion, mobile readability, and premium brand presentationPartner with strategy and account teams to prioritize the highest-impact visual opportunitiesSupport A/B testing initiatives and use testing data to inform creative recommendationsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of graphic design experienceStrong portfolio of ecommerce design workStrong understanding of Amazon, including the role of main images, image sequencing, A+ flow, and Store navigationAbility to work independently and proactivelyStrong eye for layout, hierarchy, whitespace, typography, composition, and premium visual presentationDeep attention to detail & your superpower is communicationExperience collaborating in a fast-paced environmentRequired SkillsExpert-level proficiency in Adobe PhotoshopStrong working knowledge of design and organizational tools like Figma, Asana, TrelloExperience with AI design tools, including Nano Banana, Scalable or comparableFamiliarity with A/B testing workflows for creativeWhat Great Looks Like in This RoleYou can look at a listing and quickly identify what is hurting CTR or conversionYou know how to visually communicate product value without overloading the imageYou understand how to make creative feel premium, not genericYou use AI as an enhancement tool, not a shortcut for low-quality workYou care about the details that separate average creative from exceptional creativeWhy Work With UsHigh-impact creative: Your work directly influences CTR, CVR, and revenueGrowth-focused brands: Not low-quality, mass-production design workCompetitive Salary: Up to $3,000/mo depending on experience and expertise.100% Remote: Work from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a strong internet signal.Work Hours: 9AM–5PM CSTGrowth Opportunities: Be one of our first 10 hires and play a key role in shaping our processes, culture, and future.
