- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken)

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for various roles, including drafting job descriptions, posting ads, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process with relevant departments.
- Onboarding & Integration: Organize and execute onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company—whether they are working remotely from Brazil or relocating to Croatia.
- Employee Support: Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with Croatian and international labor laws.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor employee performance and retention, provide regular feedback to management, and support the implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Retention & Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention, including organizing team-building activities and wellness initiatives.
- Relocation Assistance: For employees relocating to Croatia, provide support with visa applications, travel arrangements, and settling into their new environment, including coordinating housing (paid apartment provided).
- Collaboration: Work closely with management and other departments to understand staffing needs and contribute to the development of HR policies and best practices.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on recruitment, onboarding, and retention metrics, as well as bonus eligibility for hired and retained employees.
