Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, you will provide timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Supporting the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management (e.g., Teamwork, Jira, Trello), internal tool builders, and AI-driven solutions.
* Monitoring and maintaining endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
* Assisting with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Conducting regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
* Supporting cybersecurity initiatives, including employee security awareness training and incident response.
* Documenting processes, creating user guides, and training staff on new technologies and best practices.
* Collaborating with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
