B2B Client Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to manage key B2B clients.
* Account Management: Responsible for existing client relationships, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Strategic Account Planning: Develops and implements account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
* Key Account Acquisition: Acquires new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Business Reviews: Conducts regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
* Presents reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.
* Collaborates with product development teams to gather feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
* Stays updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, thriving in the creation and maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Excellent project management skills.
